    is the first week in October this year.     This is a great way to let them know how much you appreciate all they do as they represent your financial institution, answer questions, make sure that everyone receives a special welcome, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently! 

    In the meantime, plan something special for your Tellers. They are a valuable asset, and they will appreciate being recognized. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

     

    Banner Day
    Have a banner made for each branch proclaiming Teller Appreciation Week, and thanking your tellers for the job that they do. Hang it proudly at each branch.

    Pizza Party
    Order pizza or luncheon items form one of your customer’s stores. Have them put the items in special boxes or bags thanking your tellers, and demonstrating your appreciation.

    Gift Bags
    Contact retail stores, some of which may be customers, and have them supply coupons, samples, and other interesting items that you can collect into a gift bag for your tellers.

    Sincere Words of Thanks

    Write a personal note of thanks to each teller acknowledging something particular that you appreciate about him/her.
