Kim Vivirito is TRC Interactive’s Marketing Coordinator and has been a member of the TRC team for five years. Her responsibilities as Marketing Coordinator consist of creating, coordinating, and tracking all the marketing campaigns. This includes direct mail pieces, such as postcards, brochures, flyers, and letters, as well as emails.

Kim graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a B.A. in Marketing. Her first job was with Mellon Bank as a Teller/Customer Service Representative. From there, Kim worked for both a consulting and training company in their Marketing Departments. When she was seven months pregnant with her first son, the training company for whom Kim previously worked closed its doors. “Fortunately, I was able to find work with TRC until my son was born working as a freelance marketer. Seeing the immense value that Kim brings to the team, “TRC offered me a full-time position working remotely from my home in Pittsburgh as their Marketing Coordinator” right before going on maternity leave.

When asked what Kim loves most about her job at TRC Interactive, this was her reply, “What I enjoy most about the work I do is the flexibility and balance it provides me and my family. My husband Drew and I have three children (Xander-5, Roman-4, and Lyla-2) that keep us very busy. Working from my home office eliminates any commuting I would need to do, allows me to work in the evening and on weekends when needed, and makes scheduling and going to doctor visits and school activities possible. I actually am able to get more work done during my work day than I ever did in an office setting because there are virtually no unnecessary disruptions. Another thing I love about my job is the people. The company as a whole is very family oriented and my co-workers are so helpful and friendly whether I’m talking to them from Pittsburgh, or meeting up with them in Harrisburg. TRC is big on team building exercises which allow us to have fun together as well as improve on working together.”

When Kim isn’t busy working, she loves spending time with her family. She also coordinates and instructs a workout group for moms and works as a family/wedding photographer. Additionally, “I enjoy singing, reading, mountain biking with my hubby, and drinking coffee with my girlfriends.”
