Connie Bowden began working full-time for TRC Interactive in 1997 and is the TellerSolutionOnline® Product Manager. Prior to 1997, Connie worked on a part-time basis. As project manager for TellerSolutionOnline®, most of her responsibilities relate to TellerSolutionOnline® such as rolling out updates, coordinating upgrade(s), customer support, and working with custom clients and the preparation of their customization.

Connie and her husband, Jay, started TRC from their dining room table. "We met as students at Penn State University and coming from families where both of our fathers owned their own business, we knew that was our destiny. We just didn't know which business we would start! Given the opportunity for developing and creating training programs for businesses, we began in 1973."

While raising their three children, Connie was very active in community and school activities. In addition, Connie was also a certified childbirth educator and taught Lamaze classes to hundreds of couples.

When asked what Connie loves most about her job, she shared, "I enjoy working with my co-workers as they all are as dedicated as I feel I am. From celebrating 'dress up days' when we wear green for St. Patrick's Day or the jersey of our favorite team, to MVP (Most Valuable Performer) awards, to Monday breakfasts that we all take turns providing for the rest of the staff, TRC can be a fun place to work."

When Connie is not hard at work at TRC she enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with friends, and Penn State football. Anyone who knows Connie also knows how much she loves spending time with her five grandchildren. Ask her about any of them and she'll light up like the sun.
