Chris Lindsey is our Lead Developer for Bank Training Online® (BTO) and Credit Union Training Online® (CUTO). He has worked with us since October of 2004 when he came on as a knowledgeable Web Developer just learning the ropes of online training. Since then, he has developed numerous training courses, and has been coming up with countless ways of improving the user experience of all of our training courses; making improvements to the structure of our courses, adding new features, training new employees, etc. But Chris says he and the courses he helps develop wouldn’t be anywhere close to where they are without the rest of his fellow employees who have taught him so much of what he knows today. Co-workers who, along with him, work countless hours to make sure projects get done on time for our customers, and who go out of their way to help him out when he needs it. That, Chris says, is the reason TRC Interactive is as good as it is, why BTO won the USDLA award this past year and why TellerSolution® won it the year before.

When he’s not working in the office, Chris also works on the side as a freelance Web Developer, honing his skills and learning new ones which he eagerly brings back to the company. Although he is a hard worker, in his free time he likes to go snowboarding in the winter season, and in the summer and fall seasons he gets his thrills racing with the Sports Car Club of America, the largest amateur and pro auto racing organization in the United States.
