Contact retail stores, some of which may be customers, and have them supply coupons, samples, and other interesting items that you can collect into a gift bag for your Tellers.

Name in Lights
See if your marketing or advertising department can locate a strategically located billboard to acknowledge your Tellers and thank them for their work. Marketing may like the idea because it's not only an employee award, but also good advertising as well.

Smiles
Purchase novelty items with smiley faces that the Teller can keep at his/her station with a personal note thanking them for bringing your customers smiles each day.
