TellerSolution 9.0
TellerSolution ~ Multimedia Teller Training Program® Release 9.0 will be ready for shipment in January, 2007. We have succeeded in making it even better. These are the major enhancements of this new upgrade:
- We have added a brand new Module - Customer Service. This includes ways to identify proper customer greetings, how to recognize features of professionalism, how to identify customer styles and develop reactions to those styles, how to use positive phraseology, how to identify factors of conflict and methods of resolving them, and how to identify ways to constructively say, “No”
- Stop Payments have been added to the Checks Module
- Safe Deposit Box entry and information has been added to the Miscellaneous Transactions Module
- We have added a unique feature to the Robbery Module. The learner will be presented the image of a man and then must re-create him using the principles that a police sketch artist uses.
We hope these new features will make using TellerSolution ~ Multimedia Teller Training Program® easier and more effective.
