Updated Action Guide
From time to time we have questions about where to find the updated Action Guide when you receive an upgrade of your TellerSolution®. Whenever TRC Interactive delivers an upgrade to you, you will also have an upgrade for the companion to the multimedia, the Action Guide. It will be on the SAME CD-ROM as your TellerSolution®. Here is all you need to do to download that.
- Insert the newest TellerSolution® CD in your CD-ROM Drive and go to My Computer.
- Go to your CD-ROM Drive, and right click on your CD-ROM Drive where it is showing TellerSolution.You will see Explorer.
- Left click one time on Explorer and you will see the Action Guide folder.
- Double click that folder. Within the folder you will see two files (the Action Guide and the Cover/Divider Pages).
- You may like to create an Action Guide folder (in My Documents) to place them.
- Copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) those two files to your My Documents folder on your computer.
- Remove CD from CD-ROM Drive and put that away for safe keeping.
- Now go to your hard-drive and into whichever Folder you will use to work on the Action Guide.
Because this is a Word document, you can easily change and customize it to your needs. Consider adding your logo to the footer. Include your financial institution’s information, step-by-step instructions, fee schedules, products and services, policies and procedures, etc. to make it uniquely yours. If you have a scanner, you might like to scan your forms and insert them into your Action Guide, instead of the generic ones we have provided.
Whenever we have an upgrade to TellerSolution®, the new information is presented in red text. So, simply copy the red text and paste into what you have already customized. If you use a color printer, remember to change that text to black before printing.
The other file is a color cover and also a divider sheet for each of the Action Guide segues. These may be printed in color, if that is available to you.
