| Ice
Breakers - Quick Draw
Download the attached PDF handout. Print one per class member, and distribute them. Tell the group that you will randomly pair them together to demonstrate their “artistic talent.” When the group is paired off, give them five minutes to get to know as much as they can about their new partners. Then tell them to draw their partners on the distributed sheets in caricature form, and include as many of the details they learned as possible. For example, if the person likes baseball, draw the person holding a bat. If someone has five children, include them in the caricature. Tell the group to be as accurate as possible, but to have fun with it. When everyone has completed the drawing, have each one show the rest of the group their “artwork,” introduce their partners, and tell why they included the details they used. If you have an overhead
projector, transparencies work particularly well with this ice breaker. |
