One of the featured enhancements of TellerSolution ~ Multimedia Teller Training Program’s Release 8.0 was the ability to have Final Exam scores saved to a password-protected online database. This was very well received! We thought it would be helpful to provide additional information for you.

Working with TRC Interactive staff, the financial institution selects their User ID and password. We then email instructions and the link to access TellerSolution™ Training Central. Once the initial set of information is entered, all that is necessary is to enter the first name and last name of any new person taking TellerSolution™. This is necessary so that when that person signs in, the online database will know where to store their scores.

The benefit to you…
Using this solution will save you, the Administrator, from having to go to each individual PC to download the scores. Instead, you will go to one site to gather your information.

With your input, we are ‘massaging’ the information, and more functionality will continue to be provided. For instance, you will be able to sort scores by branch, by individual, etc. Your ongoing suggestions are encouraged and we will do our best to incorporate everything into your TellerSolution™ Training Central!

Working with your network security
Depending upon the level of security set up by your firewall, our staff may need to work with your Administrator in order to identify the information that needs to pass securely in and out of your firewall.
