TellerSolution™
Release 8.0 Enhancements
TRC Interactive is
proud to announce the enhancements that will be added to TellerSolution™
Release 8.0. TellerSolution™ is currently used by hundreds of financial
institutions throughout the country.
- The Security Module
has been divided into two Modules: Security – Schemes Aimed at
Customers/Members, and Security – Schemes Aimed at Financial Institutions.
- “Pharming”
(internet fraud) has been added to the Security - Schemes Aimed at Customers/Members
Module.
- New Module Added:
- For banks,
a new Module – The FDIC – has been added. This includes
the purpose and functions of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
- For credit
unions, the Nation Credit Union Share Insurance Fund Module has
been added.
- These include
the general qualifications for deposit insurance based on account
type, ownership, and the type of coverage. In addition, suggested
responses to possible questions your employees might receive regarding
deposit insurance are included.
- Bookmarking has
been added. This feature will allow your trainee to take a break in
the middle of a Module and when he/she returns and signs back in, TellerSolution™
will remember where the participant left off.
- A great new feature
is being added that will ‘check off’ the completed Modules
on the Main Menu so your employees can keep track of their progress.
- Updated Action
Guide information will be included on the CD.
