Teller Trainers are the backbone of retail banking, so in this issue of our eNewsletter, we are featuring Kathy Collins, Training Manager/BSA Administrator for Seaway Bank and Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois.

Kathy has been in the banking industry for 39 years. Her experience spans from Auditing to Operations. “I’ve even worked as a Conversion Analyst for the Bank.” What Kathy loves most about her job is the research involved in training. She said, “I enjoy investigating new things and sharing knowledge with others.”
