Banner Day
Have a banner made for each branch proclaiming Teller Appreciation Week, and thanking your Tellers for the job that they do. Hang it proudly at each branch.

Pizza Party
Order pizza or luncheon from one of your local restaurants. Have them put the items in special boxes or bags thanking your Tellers, and demonstrating your appreciation.

Gift Bags
Contact retail stores, some of which may be customers, and have them supply coupons, samples, and other interesting items that you can place into a gift bag for your Tellers.

Sincere Words of Thanks
Write a personal note of thanks to each Teller acknowledging something particular that you appreciate about him or her.
