TRC Interactive Develops New Interface for Credit Union Clients

TRC Interactive, Inc., the nation's leader in interactive bank and credit union training, recently released a new version of its award-winning TellerSolution® ~ Multimedia Teller Training Program®. TellerSolutionOnline® Release 10.0 reflects TRC Interactive's 36 years of training design experience and is updated to keep up with changes in currency, procedures, and financial industry requirements. It is currently used by hundreds of financial institutions throughout the country.

Enhancements to TellerSolutionOnline® include:

A completely new module has been added - Professional Dress. This new module includes how to dress appropriately for the workplace, how to choose accessories and how to maintain good grooming at work. Unique and exciting interactions are part of this module.
The Identity Theft Protection Program (ITPP) has been added.
Updated regulations and NCUA information have been added.
An updated Action Guide is provided which is the companion piece to the multimedia and can be customized to each organization.

TellerSolutionOnline® is an efficient and cost-effective solution for training new and part-time Tellers. It improves employee performance while significantly reducing training costs and can be customized to each financial institution's specific needs, policies, and procedures. An engaging and creative 21 modules make up the learner-paced program. TellerSolutionOnline® uses contemporary instructional design, including high interactivity, remedial reinforcement, positive feedback, performance based measurements, client-based changes, and mentoring features.

TellerSolutionOnline® includes complete modules: Introduction, Your Role as a Teller, Member Service, Professional Dress, Products and Services, All About Money, Counting Cash, Checks, Identification, Check Cashing, Deposits, Payments, Withdrawals, Miscellaneous Transactions, The NCUA, Regulations - Product Information, Regulations - Member Protection, Regulations - Criminal Activities, Security - Schemes Aimed at Financial Institutions, Security - Schemes Aimed at Members, and Robbery. Each includes review text and a final exam. In addition, there is a comprehensive final exam including 50 questions to assess the learner's overall retention of training material. All final exam scores are provided immediately to the learner with a printable certificate and recorded in Training Central™.
