TRAINER SPOTLIGHT Featuring… Rick Melson from MidSouth Bank

Rick’s dedication to helping associates advance in the banking industry and his desire to see them succeed led him and MidSouth Bank to incorporate BankTrainingOnline® into their curriculum. “We as Trainers must continue to look for ways to use technology to our advantage. Traditional training will always have a part in the overall scheme of training, but the traditional class room has forever changed.
