Bank Release 9.0 Enhancements
TellerSolution ~ Multimedia Teller Training Program® Release 9.0 has been completed. We have succeeded in making it even better. These are the major enhancements of this new upgrade.
- A completely new Module has been added - Customer Service. This new Module includes ways to identify proper customer greetings, how to recognize professionalism, how to identify customer styles and reactions to them, how to identify conflict and how to resolve it, and how to identify ways to constructively say, “No”.
- Stop Payments has been added to the Checks Module.
- Safe Deposit Box entry and information has been added to the Miscellaneous Transactions Module.
- We have added a unique feature to the Robbery Module. The learner will be presented the image of a man and then must re-create him using the principles that a police sketch artist uses.
- Incorporating an adult-learning game, we have added a crossword puzzle to the Comprehensive Final Exam section as an optional way to earn a few extra (10) points.
- We have updated regulation and FDIC information and many new graphics have been added.
- An updated Action Guide is provided and anything new is in red. If you have already customized your Action Guide, simply copy the red (new) sections and paste into your customized Action Guide.
- An updated Employee Evaluation Form (originally provided in your Administrator’s Guide) is included for you to print and keep track of your trainees and their progress.
